Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business, farming, and personal clients while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
  • Provide trusted advice on taxation, business planning, succession, and financial management.
  • Lead, coach, and support office teams to deliver excellent client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive business development through networking, referrals, and engagement within local communities.
  • Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver integrated accountancy, tax, financial services, and advisory solutions.
  • Monitor office performance, profitability, and compliance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as a key representative of FDC, strengthening the firm's reputation and presence within the region.


Candidate Profile:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-focused and consultative approach.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify business development and growth opportunities.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to achieve performance and service objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of business, taxation, financial, or professional services environments.
  • Organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against targets.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and committed to providing trusted advice and exceptional client service.
