What you'll do
• To produce & update monthly rolling annual volume and spend forecasts
• To develop, agree and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan
• To maximize the breadth & depth of distribution of company products in line with commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
• To achieve both internal KPI's [net sales & profit targets] and external market share targets as agreed with the leadership team in UKI.
• To operate within agreed budget levels controlling all elements of trade spend investment
• To evaluate all promotional activity to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
• To establish positive & proactive relationships / joint working practices with the designated customers through effective cross functional networking.
• Monthly customer meeting to review performance and plan for continued future growth
What makes you a good fit
• Demonstrable success in National Account Management roles
• Experience in the Irish grocery channel [& E-Com if possible]
• Proven track record in achieving success in negotiations
• A strategic thinker, with strengths in planning and forecasting
• Experience in P & L management.
• Strong communication (oral and written) & presentation skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel [intermediate level]
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
