Role Profile

The technical officer (TO) will provide technical support in the SHHP. The TO will primarily provide technical support to practical and laboratory classes across the Athletic Therapy and Training and Physiotherapy programmes. However technical support will also be provided across Sports Science and Health and Physical Education programmes as necessary. The role also involves providing technical support in clinical simulation across the School. Appropriate training will be provided to upskill the successful candidate in this area if needed.

Salary Scale: Technical Officer/Senior Technical Officer Salary Scale- €42,153 - €74,920 (refer to DCU Payscales for the applicable payscale for the role.)

Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
