Job Description
Your role: As the Sales Support (Northern Hub)you will play a crucial role in empowering our commercial team to achieve outstanding results. You provide comprehensive sales support, acting as the primary point of contact for the Local Sales Director while providing day-to-day administrative support to all 10 direct sales representatives to maximize their time in front of clients. This role can be based in Dublin or Drogheda.

Your role: As the Sales Support (Northern Hub)you will play a crucial role in empowering our commercial team to achieve outstanding results. You provide comprehensive sales support, acting as the primary point of contact for the Local Sales Director while providing day-to-day administrative support to all 10 direct sales representatives to maximize their time in front of clients. This role can be based in Dublin or Drogheda.
Day to day you will:
- Coordinate schedules and bookings between the sales team and the Traffic department, managing Rosetta schedules and tracking deadlines.
- Maintain daily CRM database hygiene, inputting pipeline data to ensure absolute accuracy and precise lead tracking.
- Analyse and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, tracking revenue, yield, and sales pacing across the hub.
- Design and compile multi-station media kits, pitch templates, and bespoke sales presentations to help win local business.
- Generate new business leads by monitoring competitor advertising across radio, press, digital, and local news across Dublin, Louth, and Meath.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to build high-potential pitch lists and support targeted outreach for specific commercial projects.
- Facilitate internal team logistics, from onboarding new employees on system workflows to organising high-impact client events and strategy days.
What we're looking for from you:
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing administrative priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills, comfortable acting as a central link between sales, creative, and operational departments.
- Analytical ability to comfortably read, compile, and summarise financial data and sales reporting metrics.
- Tech-savvy approach with a passion for mastering internal management systems, software, and emerging AI productivity tools.
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in radio, media, or local advertising trends to help identify unique campaign opportunities.
