Your impact
As a Fulfillment Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate and timely customer orders that support OpenText's revenue and cash strategy. You'll drive operational excellence, champion process improvements, and help shape the future of our fulfillment function through automation, AI, and continuous innovation. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Customer teams, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and operational controls.

Your impact

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Customer teams, you'll ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and operational controls.
What the role offers
- Lead and develop a diverse team of Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialists, driving performance, engagement, and career growth.
- Manage complex customer escalations while ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Champion automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and revenue delivery.
- Standardize and strengthen operational processes, controls, and training across regions and product lines.
- Play a key role in leading change as the business evolves through acquisitions, new products, and new technologies.
- Several years' experience leading teams or supporting Order-to-Cash operations within a high-tech environment.
- Proven people leadership experience across hiring, coaching, development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted business partnerships.
- A passion for continuous improvement, automation, and AI, with experience driving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and thrive during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, revenue recognition, SOX controls, or audit processes would be advantageous.
