What youll do

To produce & update monthly rolling annual volume and spend forecasts
To develop, agree and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan
To maximize the breadth & depth of distribution of company products in line with commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
To achieve both internal KPI's [net sales & profit targets] and external market share targets as agreed with the leadership team in UKI.
To operate within agreed budget levels controlling all elements of trade spend investment
To evaluate all promotional activity to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
To establish positive & proactive relationships / joint working practices with the designated customers through effective cross functional networking.
Monthly customer meeting to review performance and plan for continued future growth
