The role
As an Energy Advisor, you will answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact for SSE Airtricity through all of our channels. We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do. We are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking people to join our team. We're open 8am - 7pm, Monday to Friday and this role will have a hybrid model of working, with some days spent in the office and the some worked remotely (when fully trained).

You will
- Take ownership and strive to resolve situations effectively on the call
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
- Perform administrative duties based on your conversations with customers
- Deliver sales through service by identifying opportunities to match customers with the right products and services for their needs
- Be multi-skilled to support across other departments and adapt to different business needs where required
You have
- Reliable customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience in either a contact centre or face-to-face setting
- The ability to work with numbers
- Good computer skills, as you will be working on multiple systems at once, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
