The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll engage with prospective and existing customers to sell a range of Telecoms and Utility solutions. You'll be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right products and services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll work from a blend of qualified leads provided by the business while also taking ownership of proactive lead generation activities to uncover new sales opportunities and grow your pipeline. This balance gives you the tools and flexibility to maximise your results and take full advantage of our uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and convert company-provided leads into sales opportunities
  • Generate additional business through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Promote and sell Telecoms and Utility products and services
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to drive team success

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Telecoms sales experience is essential
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
