Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support moderation improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
