Warehouse Supervisor Split Shift

Direct Supervision of Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities and duties

Ensure all Warehouse Staff are in full uniform.

Ensure the time management of warehouse deadlines

Ensure accuracy of scanning and loading activities

Ensure on-time AM arrival and PM departure of Linehaul

Monitor on-route performance

Conduct one-to-one meetings

Data analysis and review of staff

Ensure warehouse compliance with service and SOP standards

Ensure regular one to one meetings with staff

Performance management

Compete PD with designated staff

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

3 years previous Management/Supervisory experience in transport / logistics industry

Leaving Certificate or equivalent

Strong analytical skills

Experience of Microsoft packages (word , excel ,powerpoint)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Results Oriented

Strong planning and organisation skills

Ability to work on own initiative

Strong problem solving skills

Customer orientation and relationship building skills

Attention to detail

Full clean driving licence
