Job Description
We are currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor across Europe with experience in the construction sector, mainly in Data Centres, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, and Mission Critical projects.

Responsibilities
To provide support to Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:
- Ensure compliance with contractobligations and provide advice and monitoring of same to construction team
- Ability to identify potentialcommercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to management
- Compile monthly progressapplications and ensure they are inclusive of accurate remeasure, sitevariations, day-works or claims
- Procurement - operationalprocurement activity and contract support, in conjunction with theProcurement Department
- Manage subcontractor accountsfrom initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account
- Managing and forecasting ofturnover and cash flow of the projects
- Reviewing and commercialmanagement of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
- Identify, Analyse and report ontrends within the Business & Projects
- Review all incomingcorrespondence from Employers, Design Team and /or subcontractors, toidentify contractually critical items and to initiate replies
- To ensure Construction Team isadhering to all Contractual Requirements and providing advice andmonitoring of same
- Manage and mentor the widerCommercial Team on site.
- All other duties associated withthis role
Requirements
- Relevant third levelqualification essential in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Economics
- Previous Data Centre experiencepreferable but not essential
- Minimum 5+ years' experience postqualification essential
- Experience in an Electrical rolerequired
- Ability to work both individuallyand as part of a multi-functional team
- Excellent IT Skills
- Demonstrates excellentpresentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
