Job Description
We are currently looking for planners across Europe with experience in the construction sector, mainly in Data Centres, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, and Mission Critical projects.

Job Description

• Producing construction schedules foragreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Fully resource/cost loaded schedule
• Maintenance of construction schedule
• Track planned versus actual progress.
• Working with construction team members tocapture and log any issues affecting progress
• Attending site meetings (internal andclient based)
• Monitoring original versus actual budgetsfor scope growth/changes
• Use of internal database project controlsystem
• Ensuring all progress is captured inupdates of system
• Monitoring fabrication shops and siteinstallation output
• Use of database reporting system forcirculation of information to project team
• Take lead in production/co-ordination inissuing of weekly construction reports

Requirements

• Relevant 3rd level qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years post qualificationexperience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment)
• Experience in Primavera P6 softwarerequired
• Remuneration package will be commensuratewith qualifications and experience.
• May be required to visit/support otherproject locations
