The Exchange Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant, stylish, and high-energy venue known for quality dining, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere. We're looking for an Experienced Waiter who brings confidence, warmth, and professionalism to every guest interaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, attentive, and friendly table service throughout each shift.
• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver dishes with confidence and care.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including allergens, specials, and drink pairings.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and polished service area at all times.
• Support the team during busy operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Uphold high standards of presentation, accuracy, and hospitality.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a waiter in a busy bar/restaurant environment.
• Energetic, friendly, and passionate about guest service.
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
