What is the role?
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering cross functional projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with Aerogen's business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on effective planning, execution, monitoring and communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

What are the key responsibilities?
• Lead assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones
• Support definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria
• Tracks and monitors project progress against plan
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies ensuring mitigation and resolution
• Provide structured project updates to stakeholders and at PMO governance forums
• Coordinate cross functional team activities
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, regulatory requirements and design control procedures
• Support resource planning and highlight capacity constraints across the project team
• Maintain project documentation
• Contribute to PMO processes, tools and continuous improvement

What education and experience are required?
• Minimum of a degree in Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, Science or a technology discipline, with minimum 3+ year's experience in a project engineering role on a number of projects.
• Experience in the medical device sector is an advantage.
• PMP, Agile and/or Master's in Project Management is very desirable however not essential.

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward project objectives while creating a positive, collegiate, and collaborative work environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise activities, and maintain project timelines.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, analyse their root causes, and implement effective solutions keeping projects on track.
• Adaptable in handling unexpected changes or challenges whilst safeguarding quality & project timelines.
• Skilled in negotiating resources, timelines, and resolving diverging opinions among team members or stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ability to identify potential threats and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines
• Proficient in engaging and managing stakeholders at various levels, developing strong relationships, and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
