We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager: Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a state-of-the-art production facility in Dublin. What You'll Be Doing As the Senior Manager: Production, you'll lead multiple production areas, ensuring operational performance exceeds expectations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing production teams across multiple shifts. Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives. Driving Operational Excellence through Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Championing a world-class safety culture while ensuring full compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and HSE standards. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Maintenance to optimise site performance. Monitoring and improving key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, yield, downtime, labour efficiency, waste, and customer service. Leading site improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational capability. Managing departmental budgets while identifying opportunities to improve cost performance. Building capability through coaching, succession planning, and talent development. Creating an engaged, inclusive, and high-performance culture where teams are empowered to succeed. What We're Looking For We're seeking an ambitious manufacturing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise. You'll ideally bring: 8-12+ years' experience leading production or manufacturing operations within FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. Proven success managing large production teams within high-volume manufacturing facilities. Strong experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence programmes. Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and production planning processes. Excellent understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance. Outstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.
