Key Responsibilities
- Working under the direction of the Construction Manager;
- Drawing preparation & detailing (AutoCAD);
- Liaising with crew supervisors to get updates from site;
- Updating revenue trackers with metrics from site;
- Updating ArcGIS system with info from our owns crews and sub-contractors;
- Updating ArcGIS system with future developments ahead of time;
- Working closing with the GIS team to develop the system further and fix any bugs that the site crews are experiencing
- Preparation of material specifications & BOQ;
- Preparation of calculations and drawings;
- Processing of survey information;
- Temporary works design.
- Occasional travel to and from work sites

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Degree qualified (NFQ Level 8)
  • Driving license
  • Relevant industry experience though not essential, would be an advantage
  • Strong technical and design ability essential
  • Strong IT skills required. Knowledge of AutoCAD & ArcGIS would be an advantage, but training will be provided where necessary
  • Excellent team worker with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full drivers licence will be an advantage
  • Formal report writing and professional presentation of work essential
