<\/span><\/p>\n \n - Producing construction schedules for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Fully resource\/cost loaded schedule <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Maintenance of construction schedule <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Track planned versus actual progress.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Working with construction team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Attending site meetings (internal and client based) <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth\/changes <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Use of internal database project control system <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ensuring all progress is captured in updates of system <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Monitoring fabrication shops and site installation output <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Use of database reporting system for circulation of information to project team <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Take lead in production\/co\-ordination in issuing of weekly construction reports <\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - Relevant 3rd level qualification.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience (ideally in a M&E contracting environment) <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience in Primavera P6 software required <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - May be required to visit\/support other project locations <\/span><\/span>
