We are currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor across <\/span>Europe <\/span><\/b>with experience in the construction sector, mainly in Data Centres, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, and Mission Critical projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p> <\/span><\/span>Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>To provide support to Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>\n \n - Ensure compliance with contract obligations and provide advice and monitoring of same to construction team<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to management<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Compile monthly progress applications and ensure they are inclusive of accurate remeasure, site variations, day\-works or claims<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Procurement \- operational procurement activity and contract support, in conjunction with the Procurement Department<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Managing and forecasting of turnover and cash flow of the projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Identify, Analyse and report on trends within the Business & Projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team and \/or subcontractors, to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - To ensure Construction Team is adhering to all Contractual Requirements and providing advice and monitoring of same<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Manage and mentor the wider Commercial Team on site.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - Relevant third level qualification essential in Quantity Surveying\/ Construction Economics<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Previous Data Centre experience preferable but not essential<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Minimum 5+ years' experience post qualification essential<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience in an Electrical role required<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi\-functional team<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Excellent IT Skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills<\/span><\/span>
