The Role
We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Bartender to join our exceptional team in The Tack Room.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, guest-focused bar experience in line with Adare Manor's luxury standards
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and bar offerings
- Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and genuine manner
- Maintain the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Contribute to creating a welcoming, vibrant, and atmospheric environment
- Support colleagues and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
About You
- An engaging and personable individual who enjoys interacting with guests
- A strong guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
- Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering excellence
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is desirable, though not essential as training can be provided
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
