There has never been a more exciting time to join Adare Manor. We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Bartender to join our Carriage House team.

Open to both residents and nonresidents, The Carriage House welcomes Guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and for breakfast from Friday to Sunday. Set just a threeminute walk from the Manor House, the magnificently restored Carriage House offers arresting views across the estate and has been thoughtfully designed as a dining destination of effortless luxury and relaxed elegance. By day, it provides the perfect setting to pause between estate activities and enjoy a light lunch in refined surroundings. By evening, the Carriage House transforms into a vibrant and welcoming space where Guests linger over exceptional cuisine before finishing the night with a drink on the terrace as dusk settles over the estate.

As a Bartender, you will work alongside a team of talented, likeminded professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages - from wine and beer to classic cocktails and creative signature drinks - ensuring each guest enjoys a refined and memorable experience. You will also contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the bar.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have previous experience working in a cocktail bar or in a luxury bar environment
  • Are committed to delivering our Beyond Everything service standards
  • Demonstrate passion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to create extraordinary guest experiences
