Site Security Officer

We are currently recruiting a Site Secuirty Officer on behalf of our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional candidate with previous security experience to join a busy site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring site access and ensuring all visitors, contractors and staff are signed in and out correctly

• Carrying out regular site patrols and security checks

• Monitoring CCTV and reporting any security or safety concerns

• Ensuring site procedures are followed at all times

• Maintaining accurate records, logs and reports

• Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies

• Supporting the site team with general security and access control duties

Requirements:

• Valid PSA Security Guard licence is essential

• Previous experience in a site security, gatehouse or similar role preferred

• Strong communication skills and a professional manner

• Good attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Good level of written and spoken English

• Must be willing to complete a 5-year background screening check

• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
