About the role

Reporting to the Head of HR and acting as a member of the HR Leadership Team, this newly created role will be responsible for ensuring a high quality people experience throughout all stages of the lifecycle. The ongoing transformation of HR services, lead by this person, will be heavily digitally enabled, yielding and informed by data, and consistently producing a world class people experience for all.

Responsibilities

Strategy & transformation roadmap
  • Own the global strategy for all aspects of the people lifecycle.
  • Define and execute a 2-3 year transformation roadmap for the in-scope lifecycle phases, integrating people, process and technology into a single sequenced plan.


Lifecycle design
  • Oversee the candidate-to-joiner journey end-to-end - sourcing, assessment, offer, pre-boarding, Day-1 experience and the 90-day onboarding framework.
  • Oversee the exit and alumni framework - consistent global standards (with local variations) for resignations, redundancies, retirements and dismissals; alumni and rehire programme; exit interviews and the feedback loop back into the business.


Execution & delivery management
  • Oversee the global onboarding engine - operational delivery of requisitions, sourcing, screening, offers, background checks, contracts, IT provisioning and Day-1 logistics.
  • Oversee the global exit and transitions engine - operational delivery of all leaver processes, system offboarding, final pay coordination, reference letters, internal transfers and mobility moves to defined SLAs.
  • Accountable for candidate, joiner and leaver experience - including sensitive senior hires and exits with the CHRO and business leaders.


Technology, AI & data
  • Drive system adoption (Oracle Fusion and adjacent tooling) across recruiting, onboarding and offboarding - eliminating off-system workarounds and bringing process and data integrity to a defined standard.
  • Partner with IT, Finance and People Analytics to standardise data fields across the in-scope lifecycle so that clean data powers predictive insight on talent supply, funnel health, attrition and joiner outcomes.
  • Drive the digital and AI agenda for in-scope processes - define which tasks are human-led, AI-augmented or fully automated, and sequence the move from current state to target state.


Service performance & continuous improvement
  • Set SLAs and quality standards across all in-scope processes; report on cycle time, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, joiner/leaver sentiment and other lifecycle metrics.
  • Own the continuous-improvement backlog for the lifecycle phases in scope, applying structured process-improvement disciplines (LEAN / Six Sigma) where appropriate.


Change, adoption & compliance
  • Own change management and adoption for everything this function rolls out - new frameworks, tooling and standards - ensuring high and effective adoption across diverse, multi-cultural teams and protecting employee experience during transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection and regulatory requirements across all in-scope processes in every Citco location.
  • Govern third-party vendors with explicit commercial accountability, rigorous SLAs and business-value metrics.


HR leadership
  • Contribute to HR strategy at HRLT.


Qualifications

About you:
  • 10+ years senior leadership spanning strategy, operations and transformation
  • Proven delivery of complex, multi-year transformation roadmaps at global scale
  • Experience running high-volume, SLA-driven operational functions
  • Strong technology, AI and data agenda experience
  • Strong change management and adoption capability
  • Commercially minded with bias for measurable outcomes
  • Collaborative across IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders
