Job Description Bio-Process Associate - Downstream Manufacturing Dublin, Ireland (Shift Role) 12-Month Contract | PAYE 24/7 Shift Pattern Overview An exciting opportunity is available for a Bio-Process Associate to join a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment supporting downstream manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated facility. The successful candidate will support commercial manufacturing activities, process operations, equipment support, batch execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-performing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities Support downstream manufacturing operations in a GMP environment Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs and batch instructions Operate process equipment within assigned production areas Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required Review batch records and assist with deviation investigations Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Automation, and Engineering teams Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives Requirements Level 6 qualification in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline 1-3 years' experience within biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or GMP manufacturing environments preferred Experience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments Knowledge of DeltaV, MES, SAP, Syncade, or similar systems is advantageous Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Must be open to 24/7 shift operations Preferred Background Biopharmaceutical manufacturing Downstream processing GMP manufacturing operations Batch execution and manufacturing documentation Process support and investigations Eligibility Candidates must have valid Irish working rights (Stamp 4, EU Citizenship, or equivalent eligibility to work in Ireland).
