Service Delivery Coordinator (2 Yr Fixed Term)
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Delivery Supplier Coordinator’s role is to manage all third party suppliers for the service delivery department, ensuring they are provided an efficient and high-quality service. The role is accountable for preparing and reporting on performance and providing regular daily reviews, ensuring a seamless delivery for all parties involved. The role is customer-facing with an emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience
We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office.
This role is a two year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an active member of the Service Delivery team by supporting overall goals to achieve realistic outcomes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Customers and Third Party Suppliers.
Manage the day to day operations of third party deliveries for the service delivery team.
Proactively engage with third party supplier to ensure on-time delivery and risk management.
Alert project owners/internal teams on actions that can impact project schedules, costs, or quality of delivery.
Provides necessary information to project owners to make project relevant decisions.
Identify ways to accelerate the project execution where possible while maintaining high quality standards.
Schedule manage weekly supplier operation meetings and monthly quality review meetings.
Reporting: Monitor and supply performance reports.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is processed correctly and that all checklists are fully completed.
Build, maintain and enhance relationships directly with third party operators, internal operations team and central departments.
Identify and implement improvements to the third party supplier process.
Provide operational support to Service Operations Manager as required.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in a technical orders role and/or Customer Support role handling order management.
Educated to Leaving Cert standard with high command of written and spoken English.
Strong excel and administration skills.
Prior telecoms industry experience desirable.
Collaborative style of working with focus on building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
