The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened within the BioMonitoring Pharma commercial team in Ireland. We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to manage the Irish territory. This role is responsible for the sales of our microbiology product portfolio targeted at pharmaceutical manufacturers and contract testing laboratories.
You will be responsible for driving commercial development across your territory through direct actions to support and grow your customer base. You will ensure the follow-up of customer projects with excellent time management and deliver high-level technical expertise to meet stakeholder expectations. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will build long-term relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You will promote cutting-edge technologies to pharmaceutical customers, with the ultimate goal of protecting global health, today and tomorrow.

Who You Are

Scientific degree required (minimum Bachelor's level), ideally in microbiology or biology
Knowledge of industrial microbiology
Good knowledge of the territory and the field of activity
An existing network with relevant customers would be an advantage
More than 50% of your time in the field
Team spirit - ability to think beyond personal objectives and territory
Excellent knowledge of products, systems and digital tools specific to the business unit (e.g. Office 365, Salesforce...)
High availability for travel
Open to change and collaborative mindset
Strong autonomy and high personal motivation
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and presentation skills
Valid driving licence

English fluency is mandatory
Location: Based in Cork or Dublin, Ireland
