We are now seeking an experienced and driven Delivery Operations Manager to join our dedicated Water Network Delivery Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects while playing a key role in shaping our continued success.

About the Role

As a Delivery Operations Manager, you will support the Water Networks Contracts Manager in delivering high-quality and high-volume water infrastructure works across the Southeast and Midlands region. You will manage multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects in both urban and rural environments.
  • Oversee delivery from concept through to final completion with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, their representatives, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Draft and communicate regular project reports for both internal and client use.
  • Review the constructability of water and wastewater design solutions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, departments, and third-party providers.
  • Identify and resolve issues relating to performance, scope, cost, and scheduling.
  • Lead detailed project planning and resource-loaded scheduling for design and contract administration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of status updates and reports to clients.

About You: Experience & Competencies
  • Full clean driver's licence - essential
  • Relevant academic or technical qualification - desirable
  • Experience working with Irish or UK Water Standards (Potable & Foul) - essential
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
