The job purpose is to be responsibility for the operational running of the physiotherapy service for Rare Diseases Office [RDO] Heart & Lung - establish and evaluate optimal physiotherapy pathways and care models mapped to patient needs and locations. In the development of integrated physiotherapy services for patients attending RDO Heart & Lung programme in line with the National Rare Diseases Strategy 2025-2030, best evidence and clinical programme priorities in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
