Supermac's Longoford requires Kitchen Porter to join their team.

Job Purpose:

Kitchen Staff takes charge of the grill, chicken, and pizza area, where all cooking is done following our standards. They also provide help to the management as required.

What do we expect from you:

• To prepare, cook and present all food items correctly and efficiently to the standards outlined in the Supermac's operation's guide.
• To ensure all food products are stored and rotated as per Supermac's standards
• To ensure that the grill area and back kitchen areas are kept clean at all times (utensils, work surfaces and floors) whilst carrying out all daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• To set up and close down the restaurant to the standards agreed by the management team
• To comply with all reasonable requests from a member of the Management Team
• Follow all regulations in relation to Food Safety and Hygiene
