Key Responsibilities
- Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
- Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
- Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI's and achieve targets
- Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Considerable attention to detail desired
- Have excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
- Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
