Production Cell Lead,

Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the Production Department operates with Company Policies and Procedures. The role will play a pivotal role in organizing the build plan and coordinating personnel within the Production area to meet customer Delivery Requirements.

• Delegate build requirements using information from ERP reports
• Highlight resource requirements to Production Supervisor to prevent any missed deliveries
• Follow up with owners of Production related interruptions to ensure they are resolved with in the day
• Report any operator performance issues to Supervisor
• Actively see ways to improve process through initiating and participating in Continuous Improvement projects
• Act as Lead for Production in Daily Standup Meetings
• Maintain a high-level cleanliness in the Production area.
• Skilled worker, with electronics background and qualification, advantageous
• Ability to work cross functionality within area when required
• Maintain Shop Orders and Pick lists in line with production requirements.
• Ensuring that all equipment and the process area is cleaned and meets the defined specifications, actively participate in site 5S auditing.
• Print out all labels required to complete the batch documentation, where necessary.
• Report any deviations from the procedure to area Production Supervisor
• Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn.
• Ad hoc duties as instructed by the Production Supervisor.
• Work overtime as needed.

Core working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as required.
