The Senior Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Service Delivery Manager and People Operations Manager at Tivoli Depot in Cork, ensuring the efficient, safe and effective running of road passenger services. The role is central to maintaining high standards of operational control, safety and energy compliance and service delivery across depot activities, including systems administration, payroll support, financial processing, incident management and reporting functions. By ensuring that key administrative processes are completed accurately and within required timelines, the post holder contributes directly to the smooth functioning of depot operations and the delivery of reliable public transport services.
This role contributes to the maintenance of financial, procurement and operational systems, while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and agreed procedures. Working closely with depot, regional and multi-site teams, the Senior Administrator helps to ensure consistency of processes across locations and supports effective communication and coordination within a multi-depot environment.
Through attention to detail, strong organisational capability, and a customer-focused approach, the role plays an important part in supporting performance targets, contractual obligations and continuous service improvement across the South Region.
