Job Summary
The Digital Health Solutions Consultant (DHSC) is responsible for supporting AlinIQ customer loyalty and sales tactics with a focus on value realization across the EMEA region. The role partners closely with the Core Laboratory Sales Organization, including Enterprise and Customer Experience teams, and reports directly to the Digital Health Solutions Executive (DHSE). This individual helps deliver intelligent insights and develop customized customer solutions using the AlinIQ portfolio to meet client medical, operational, and technical needs.

Job Summary

This individual helps deliver intelligent insights and develop customized customer solutions using the AlinIQ portfolio to meet client medical, operational, and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced presentations and demonstrations of AlinIQ solutions to clients in partnership with the Core Sales Team and/or DHSE.
- Assess client medical and technical needs and align the most appropriate AlinIQ offering to customer requirements.
- Drive maximum utilization of AlinIQ solutions by ensuring customers fully understand and appreciate product functionality and value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify evolving workflow needs and connect them to AlinIQ capabilities.
- Generate value expansion opportunities by identifying unmet needs and collaborating with the Core Sales Team on growth opportunities.
- Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) during the pre-sales phase in partnership with customers and Core Sales stakeholders.
- Provide advanced and functional customer training on AlinIQ enablers during day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through effective training, engagement, and ongoing solution optimization.
- Deeply understand customer challenges and respond with appropriate AlinIQ-enabled solutions that support transformation and reference-site development.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the marketing team by translating customer needs and success stories into broader value.
- Support hyper-care activities to reduce training-related errors, minimize customer complaints, and reduce avoidable workload for the ITSS team.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable quality system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical sciences, life sciences, information technology, or medical technology.
- Experience in hospital and laboratory IT environments.
- Experience with ROI development for medical SaaS products preferred.
Experience / Functional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of IT technology in hospital and laboratory environments.
- Expertise in clinical laboratory workflows, including sample workflows, order/result workflows, inventory workflows, and quality-related processes.
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory KPIs, including design, monitoring, management, and improvement.
- Strong understanding of how technology drives value across healthcare and laboratory settings.
- Knowledge of hospital health systems and the healthcare IT industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the digital health market across Europe and MEA, including communication concepts between EMR and LIMS systems.
- Advanced understanding of in-lab process communication interfaces.

Scope / Impact
- Manages an assigned region consisting of approximately 50-100 hospital and laboratory entities across multiple locations, with accountability for retention and revenue targets.
- Accountable for the AlinIQ professional services product line within the assigned region.
