Title of Post: Pensions Manager

JOB SYNOPSIS

The Human Resources Division is seeking to appoint a Pensions Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance oversight and operational excellence in the management of the University's pension schemes and associated benefits.

The Pensions Manager plays a critical senior leadership role within HR Pensions, ensuring that the University's pension arrangements are strategically aligned, legally compliant, financially robust and administered to the highest professional standards.

The role contributes at Human Resources Central Services Team Management level to the overall leadership of the HR function and supports the achievement of the University's Strategic Plan by ensuring sustainable, well-governed pension provision for staff and retirees.

Salary Scale: €70,551 - €113,366 p.a. pro rata
