- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years minimum experience in a security operations engineering role.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Previous experience developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and conducting security risk assessments.

- Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security of the organization's assets and information.
- Managing a team of security professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Conducting security risk assessments and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the security of the organization's assets and information.
- Responding to security incidents and leading incident response efforts.
- Staying up to date with the latest security trends and developments and implementing appropriate measures to ensure the security of the organization.
