M&E Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced ME Coordinator to support the delivery of major construction projects based in Cork.
This role offers the opportunity to work across high-profile projects, coordinating mechanical and electrical packages from design through to commissioning and handover while working with an ambitious and growing team.
What You'll Do
Coordinate Mechanical Electrical packages across construction projects in Cork
Manage and support site teams and subcontractors on all ME-related activities
Ensure ME works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate design-build ME packages to meet project and client requirements
Monitor programme, budget, and progress across ME packages
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams throughout delivery
Support project teams with snagging, commissioning, and final handover
Manage and coordinate ME snag lists and close-out activities
Assist with retentions, subcontractor close-out, and final project completion
Support estimating and tender reviews when required
Help identify and resolve technical or coordination issues across projects
What We're Looking For
Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or relevant industry experience
5+ years’ experience in an ME Coordinator or Building Services role
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within construction
Experience coordinating ME subcontractors and consultants
Knowledge of commissioning, snagging, and handover processes
Electrical project experience is an advantage
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience delivering projects in Ireland
