Digital Capability Operations Lead (447)

Réalta Technologies are searching for a Digital Capability Operations Lead to support the adoption, operationalisation, and ongoing success of key digital manufacturing technologies within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This is a hybrid delivery and operations leadership role focused on ensuring digital capabilities transition successfully from project delivery into fully supported, adopted, and value-generating business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and implement operational support models for digital capabilities including Digital Twin, Control Tower, Virtual Assistants, IIoT and other Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Drive user adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and value realisation across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Act as the bridge between project delivery and business-as-usual operations, ensuring clear ownership and support structures are in place.
• Support demand management, business analysis activities, and capability prioritisation.
• Provide technical oversight across digital manufacturing systems, data platforms, and shop-floor technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet GxP, validation, data integrity, and audit readiness requirements.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years' experience within Digital, Manufacturing IT/OT, Automation, or Technology environments.
• Strong background in business analysis, stakeholder management, and operationalising technology solutions.
• Experience delivering digital manufacturing, MES, PCS, IIoT, data, analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments within regulated industries.
