Real Time Customer Support

Supporting AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) Control Centre operational performance, service reliability, and contractual compliance under the National Transport Authority (NTA) framework. Involves monitoring, analysing, and validating real-time and historical AVL data, and ensuring accurate and timely service information for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. The position combines operational monitoring with performance analytics, KPI reporting, incident data processing, and real time communication support to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance.

This is a part-time role, Working early and late duty on Saturdays and Sundays alternating.
