Join us, as an Offshore Manager (This is a Fixed Term Contract)
Three Ireland is seeking an experienced and highly driven Partner Manager to oversee our strategic outsourcing partnership and ensure exceptional delivery across our lines of business. This role is accountable for holding our partner to the highest standards of performance, quality, and innovation, ensuring all services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, customer outcomes, and our long-term vision for AI-enabled service. As we accelerate our journey into agentic AI, this role will play a critical part in shaping how human and AI-driven services are delivered seamlessly at scale
In short, accountable for managing the outsourced partner to deliver against contractual commitments, customer outcomes, service, sales and retention performance, and future AI-enabled service ambitions.

- Partner Performance & Accountability, including (Contract (MSA) adherence Performance delivery (SLAs, KPIs across Service, Sales and Retention activities) Relationship health Escalation and governance

- Driver partner to deliver innovation and best practice AI & Future Service Model Enablement
- Performance Insight & Decision Support
Skills we are looking for
- Strong commercial and contract management expertise
- Data-driven performance management and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Confident negotiation and escalation capability
- Structured approach to governance and risk management
- Growth and continuous improvement mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
- Understanding of AI-enabled service models (desirable/advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 7+ years of experience in contact centre vendor management
- Level 5 certificate in Contact Centre Operations (an advantage)
- Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and service providers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
