Are you our next HR Transformation Director/Associate Director?

Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Associate Director

Contract type: Perm

A snapshot of your peer group:
  • Ideally a minimum of 6 years' experience in end-to-end HR Transformation.
  • Deep expertise across HR operating model structures (HRBP/CoE/Shared Services) with experience balancing centralised functions and frontline business needs.
  • Hands on experience with HR process redesign and optimisation with a focus on simplification, scalability and measurable business outcomes.
  • Handson exposure to HR technology transformations (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and their alignment to target operating models.
  • Leading development of workforce strategy aligned to business strategy and underpinned by data and insights.
  • Strong understanding of external drivers shaping HR transformation including, workforce demographics, digital disruption and AI, regulatory change, workforce demographics.
  • Strong experience embedding data, metrics and people analytics into HR decision-making, including linking culture, engagement and capability metrics to business performance and leadership KPIs.
  • Trusted advisor to senior HR and broader business leaders and demonstrated ability to build consensus and deliver outcomes in challenging environments.
  • HR Due Diligence experience in M&A scenarios (preferable)
  • Experience shaping proposals, growing client relationships, commercial acumen and building out client offerings.
  • Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
  • Project Management and Change Management skills also desirable, including experience driving behavioural change and embedding new ways of working at scale

  • Lead end-to-end HR Transformation engagements spanning operating model design, organisational design, process optimisation, HR technology enablement, people analytics, and workforce strategy; managing complex challenges and delivering high-quality, data-driven, outcome-focused solutions aligned to measurable business and organisational performance. Shape and drive client conversations at senior levels, translating business challenges into practical people centred solutions.
  • Share knowledge and experience gained in the area of HR Transformation and lead in the continued development of KPMG's offerings in these areas.
  • Actively contribute to practice growth through proposal leadership, business development and people leadership.
  • You may also be involved with clients and leading project work in the areas of:
  • Operating Model design and implementation
  • Change Management/ Business Readiness
  • Learning and Development/ Training
  • Cultural Change
  • Talent Management and Leadership Development
  • Organisational Development

You will be joining a dynamic team of 50 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people.
