We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SPAR Express located on Old Dublin Rd in Nenagh. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to provide a welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock control to minimize wastage and maximize sales opportunities.
