Change Manager (IAM)

Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated and creative Change Manager with Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to support a large-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation. You will play a key role in driving organisational change across a global programme, ensuring the successful adoption of new IAM processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead the delivery of change management across a complex IAM transformation, partnering with programme leadership, security, HR, IT, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing the organisation for change, embedding new identity governance practices, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations across corporate, retail, distribution, and third-party user populations.

The delivery of this change management workstream will include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training design and delivery, and business readiness activities aligned to SailPoint ISC deployment milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational change management for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation
  • Develop and execute the change strategy aligned to programme milestones and deployment phases
  • Conduct change impact assessments and define business readiness criteria across regions, functions, and user groups
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across Security, IT, HR, Compliance, Retail Operations, and business teams
  • Develop and deliver targeted communications, including executive updates, deployment messaging, and FAQs
  • Plan and coordinate training and enablement activities (role-based training, eLearning, user guides, train-the-trainer)
  • Support cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare
  • Identify and manage adoption risks, resistance, and business concerns, implementing mitigation strategies
  • Monitor adoption, training completion, and readiness KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights
  • Ensure smooth adoption of IAM processes including access governance, certification, and compliance controls with minimal business disruption
  • Contribute to programme governance, including RAID, status reporting, and stakeholder updates


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience

Desirable:
  • Additional certification in Change Management (e.g. APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Related Post-graduate qualification

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management or Transformation roles
  • Experience delivering change across multiple projects or a medium-sized programme
  • Experience delivering change management on an IAM implementation using SailPoint other IAM tools
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO) rollouts favourable
  • Strong understanding of change across access governance, certification, compliance, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle (concept to deployment and hypercare)
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to operate within complex, global environments with multiple stakeholder groups
