Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Installation Technical & Administrative Coordinator (Start-Up Operations) to be based at our client site in Leixlip.

The role involves the coordination of technical and administrative support for all Fab installation activities of assigned BU, ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of operations and that Customer & internal scheduled targets are achieved to the highest standards.

Frequently interacts with customer 'Start Up' management as well as internally with the ESO, BU and administration structures.

Key Responsibilities
• This is a customer contact role and requires building and maintaining close relationships with key customers from system start-up teams,
• Maintaining of adequate systems and records. Scheduling of Start-up personnel. Responding to critical situations.
• Providing reports to management. Overall skill to include the below.
• Meeting with IQ Manager, TEE Management and Customers to identify project requirements, delivery timelines etc.
• Developing detailed project plans / trackers to drive customer, Internal management team and IQ teams progress and revising same based on changing schedules.
• Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery and communicating same in a timely manner.
• Compiling and submitting project status reports to customer, TEE management and other stakeholders.
• Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
• Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all on the project.
