Postdoctoral Researcher -Health & Genomic Data Analytics
ATU's JANUS Research Centre for HPC, AI and Emerging Technologies and Faculty of Science & Health are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to work within the EU-funded ONEHEALTH project, a €9.85M PEACEPLUS cross-border programme. ONEHEALTH brings together Catalyst, Queen's University Belfast, ATU, Tyndall, University of Galway, and HIRANI to create an AI-driven Life & Health Sciences ecosystem. This postdoctoral role will involve statistical and machine learning based approaches to identify and validate genomic and non-genetic contributors to common metabolic disease risk with particular emphasis on identifying effect-modification to improve personalised disease risk predictions.
