The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and play a key role in enhancing our Grab and Go range, transitioning into healthy eating and premium food ranges.
The Role:
- Oversee the fresh food department and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Grab and Go range
- Introduce new offerings in healthy eating and premium food categories
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for fresh food items
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular quality checks to uphold freshness and presentation standards
