Description
As we expand our compliance and corporate services offering, we are seeking a compliance officer to join our Wexford office.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and filing of statutory documentation.
Arranging company formations and advising and assisting Xeinadin's diverse client base on various matters relating to their compliance requirements under the Companies Acts 2014.
Maintaining and updating company secretarial records and client database.
Liaising with the CRO, Companies House and various other parties.
Preparation of Annual Returns and Annual General Meeting documentation.
Drafting Minutes, Resolutions and other statutory forms.
Supporting senior members of the team in a range of company secretarial matters.
Key Requirements
A strong background in compliance and/ or corporate services, with a desire for career advancement within a professional services environment.
Additional Requirements
ICSA qualification is not required, but support with qualifications will be offered as part of the package,
