As a Commercial Account Executive (Customer) , you'll play a key role in growing and expanding our commercial customer base. You will own a portfolio of commercial accounts, acting as the primary relationship owner and driving expansion revenue by helping customers deepen their investment in the Gong platform. Once fully ramped, you'll have deep knowledge of our technology and a strong consultative approach to account growth.

NOTE: This position is a hybrid-based role (office 3 days a week and remote).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive expansion revenue as your primary metric - identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
  • Deeply understand customer goals, team structures, and usage patterns to surface timely expansion opportunities
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate value, building the business case for broader adoption across customer organizations
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders to maintain strong account health and uncover growth potential
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers are well-adopted and positioned for expansion conversations
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of expansion opportunities and forecast reliably against quarterly targets


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of relevant account management or commercial sales experience, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of driving expansion revenue within a commercial book of business
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding expansion or upsell targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience engaging with sales leaders and revenue teams a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a consultative, growth-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable engaging VP and C-Suite executives, navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation
  • Fluency in Hebrew
