Key Requirements: * Proven experience in a coordination role within recruitment, resourcing, or workforce planning. * Strong background in candidate engagement, with the ability to build rapport and maintain regular, professional communication. * Demonstrable experience managing multiple cases or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. * Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels across remote and distributed teams. * Comfortable working with digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and spreadsheets to manage workflows and reporting. * Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve issues proactively with minimal supervision.
