Location: Cork/ Limerick - Hybrid
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
The primary objective of the role is to support the achievement of Community Fundraising targets in the Munster region.
What you will do:
Fundraising Campaign Delivery
Contribute to and support delivery of the National Fundraising Initiatives annual plan to achieve income targets within budget, including coordination and implementation of campaigns.
Create and design engaging content for website, social media, and supporter recruitment materials, while providing administration and donor support.
Ensure all activities comply with legislation and best practice, participate in team culture, training, and maintain awareness of health, safety, and delegated responsibilities.
Supporter Care
Manage supporter queries (phone, email, web) professionally, ensuring a positive and caring experience.
Maintain accurate, timely, GDPR-compliant CRM data entry while monitoring fundraising progress and supporting fundraisers to reach targets.
Network Development and Support
Recruit and manage volunteers and build relationships with community groups, associations, and third-level institutions to drive regional fundraising.
Deliver school talks, maintain strong school partnerships, and collaborate internally to keep resources current and maximise opportunities.
Marketing Administration
Support digital fundraising, coordinate materials and stock, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
Work with Digital Marketing on campaigns, maintain website accuracy, manage supporter communications (including newsletters), and support recruitment data processes.
Oversee end-to-end administrative support to ensure smooth execution of marketing and fundraising activities.
Teamwork
Collaborate across the fundraising team and wider organisation to maximise income, support national initiatives, and build long-term supporter relationships.
Contribute ideas, attend meetings, maintain clear communication and reporting, and undertake additional duties as required by management.
What you will need:
3rd level qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, business or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in fundraising, marketing, events or a relevant field.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and to engage and motivate supporters and volunteers.
Strong written communication skills; experience writing for different audiences is an advantage.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multitask in a busy team environment.
IT skills, ideally with CRM experience.
Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Willing and able to work outside normal office hours to support fundraising activities as required.
Full clean driving license and access to a car (due to regional travel across Munster).
