The Role
Have you been working in PC repair, have you been fixing PlayStation's/X-boxes for fun; and want to expand your knowledge and give yourself a new challenge, then we have the job for you!

We're looking for a tech-savvy and hands-on problem-solver to keep our state-of-the-art arcade and casino machines running flawlessly. If you have a passion for tinkering, a knack for electronics, and love the satisfaction of a successful repair, this is the role for you. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring maximum uptime and an incredible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, Fix, Maintain: You'll be responsible for everything from installing new machines to performing complex electrical and mechanical repairs.

  • Become the Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues on our PC-based gaming systems.

  • Support the Team: Act as the technical guru for our floor staff, helping them understand and resolve customer-facing tech issues.

  • Own Your Workshop: Manage spare parts, control stock levels, and procure what you need to get the job done.

  • Drive Improvement: Keep meticulous records, help train fellow technicians, and always look for ways to make things better.

  • Stay Safe: Champion and adhere to the highest Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Natural Problem-Solver: You can work independently and aren't afraid to ask for help when you need it.

  • A Team Player: You collaborate well with others to hit collective goals.

  • Quality-Focused: You take immense pride in your work and aim for excellence.

  • Tech Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for how things work.

Your Toolkit (Essential Skills):

  • 2+ years of hands-on repair experience (PCs, laptops, phones, etc.) OR a relevant electronics qualification.

  • Expert-level soldering and component-replacement skills.

  • Proven experience in fault-finding and debugging electronics.

  • A full, clean driver's license and your own vehicle.

  • Ability to travel as required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience

  • Full training provided

  • Real career progression

  • Stable, established employer & growing - 40+ years in the industry, nine venues, multiple online brands, and still expanding. Your career grows with us
