As the MEP Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the full electrical and mechanical scope of works on a major residential project in Dublin. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all MEP activities, driving performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.

Requirements
- Relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade Qualification
- 10+ years' postqualification experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects, particularly residential and commercial projects
- Preferably experience progressing through the ranks with a main building contractor
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

- Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all other project stakeholders
